Terms of use

Last updated November 4, 2026

These terms cover your use of responseone.app and the ResponseOne app. A signed customer agreement, if you have one, takes priority over these terms.

What ResponseOne is

ResponseOne gives route guidance and a dispatch view. It does not drive the vehicle and does not replace your dispatch system, your protocols or local knowledge.

Safe driving comes first

Drivers are responsible for operating their vehicle safely and lawfully, and for following their agency’s emergency vehicle policy. Routes can be wrong or out of date. Road conditions, closures and signs on the street always win over the app.

Accounts and codes

Access codes are issued to your company and lock to one device. Keep them private. Your company admin can create and revoke codes. We may suspend access that is misused or unpaid.

Acceptable use

Don’t try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, access another company’s data, or resell access without our agreement.

Fees

Paid plans are billed as agreed in your order or contract. Pilots are free for the period and number of ambulances agreed.

Availability

We work to keep ResponseOne available, but it depends on phones, cell networks, GPS and third-party map and routing data. Always have a fallback.

Disclaimer and limits

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, ResponseOne is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. We’ll post the new date at the top of this page.
