Terms

The fine print, in plain words.

Setup

One time: $2,500 for up to 99 ambulances, $5,000 for 100 or more. Covers company setup, crew training (one session per base), dispatcher onboarding and a week-2 check-in. Waived if you sign within 14 days of the pilot readout.

Contract

Annual, paid yearly or quarterly. Month-to-month costs 20% more. A two-year term gets 10% off.

Adding ambulances

Added mid-term at your plan’s rate, prorated. If you move up a plan, the lower rate starts at renewal.

What we don’t charge for

Extra dispatchers, extra admins, or a second dispatch screen.

Why per ambulance, not per person?

Crews rotate three shifts a day. Per-person pricing would mean 3–5 seats per rig. Each code locks to one phone, so one license is one rig.
